This book has dealt
with the issue of political, organizational and military
leadership in a comprehensive manner. In most of the works, these
three kinds of leadership are dealt with separately, but in this
work they have been dealt with exhaustively in psychological
perspective. The theoretical and methodological framework has also
been provided. The data has been collected in the field work. The
results along with their interpretations have been conclusively
examined and discussed in this study. Fluctuations and changes in
the roles of these three leadership profiles have also been
discussed in an interesting manner.
